Agricultural holding district (Zoning Ordinance §06.02): 2.5-acre minimum lots, 10 percent maximum lot coverage. Agricultural buildings (barns, sheds, silos) are exempt from the bulk regulations.

Low density single-family district (§06.03): 40,000 sq ft minimum lots. Short-term rental units meeting §12.02 are a listed permitted use.
