ZoningVerdict

v0-draft for attorney review

API Terms of Use

ZoningVerdict summarizes public zoning regulations for information purposes. It is not legal advice, professional architectural or engineering services, or a substitute for confirmation with the municipality. Regulations change; verify before acting.

These terms apply to ZoningVerdict API, MCP, agent discovery, and x402 paid-tool access. They are plain-language draft terms for legal review and may change before final adoption.

ZoningVerdict provides informational summaries of public zoning regulations. Do not rely on the service as legal advice, architectural services, engineering services, permit approval, or a municipal decision. Confirm results with the municipality before acting.

Use of the service does not create an attorney-client relationship, architect-client relationship, engineer-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, or other professional-services relationship.

ZoningVerdict documents its review process and cites source materials, but the data can still contain errors, omissions, stale information, extraction mistakes, or mismatches between base zoning and parcel-specific instruments. Regulations, maps, interpretations, and procedures can change without notice.

You are responsible for how you use API outputs, including any downstream agent actions, customer-facing explanations, filings, investment decisions, construction decisions, or permit submissions. You must not present ZoningVerdict output as a municipal decision or as professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoningVerdict's total liability for API, MCP, agent, or x402 use is capped at the fees you paid ZoningVerdict for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold ZoningVerdict harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your downstream distribution of outputs, your violation of these terms, or your use of outputs in regulated, professional, permitting, financing, construction, or legal contexts without appropriate independent review.

Do not use the service to violate law, bypass municipal process, mislead a third party, overload the service, probe for non-public data, or extract data in a way that ignores rate limits or payment requirements.

API and agent surfaces may include free discovery, free trials, account-key billing, or x402 pay-per-call billing. Prices and limits are stated on the applicable developer surface; these terms do not change the payment logic or create any extra paid endpoint.

Developer surfaces: /developers, /skill.md, agent card, paid-tool manifest.
