All districts
Each district lists its permitted accessory uses (private garages, pools, home occupations per §12.14, signs per §13.07). Article 12 adds citywide rules: building spacing on a single zone lot (§12.05), height-limit exemptions for rooftop appurtenances (§12.06), recreational-equipment parking (§12.08), and short-term rental standards (§12.02, amended 11/2/2021). Accessory structures must meet district setbacks and coverage.
