What does PUD mean on the map?

A `(PUD)` or `(PRD)` suffix on your GIS zoning code means an adopted development plan controls the parcel. PRD is the ordinance's planned residential district (§06.09); SP is the specific-plan district where the adopted Master Development Plan sets all standards (§07.09); commercial PUDs approved under older rules are carried forward by §08.04.010 and §08.05.015. In every case the base code is only context; get the approved plan, conditions, and amendments from Planning.
