What is CS zoning?
CS is Commercial Services (§08.02): service-oriented commercial with 40 percent maximum coverage, FAR 0.5, 45 ft height limit, and 10/10/20 ft front/side/rear yards. CSL (Commercial Services Limited, §08.08) is a legacy version for areas approved before July 7, 1998, with a lower 25 ft height limit, 20,000 sq ft minimum lots, and a 20–30 ft front yard. Check your exact activity class in §08.02.010 before committing to a use.
