Can I open a restaurant in Gallatin?
Restaurants fall under the food-service activity classes of Article 3 and are permitted in the commercial districts of Article 8 (CC downtown core, CS, and CG), subject to each district's listed classes. In MU, drive-in food service is a conditional use (§07.03.010.C). Parking follows Table 11-01, and signs need permits under §13.07.
