What is mixed-use zoning?

Article 7 holds Gallatin's mixed-use family: MRO (multiple residential + office), MU (broader mix on 5-acre-minimum sites), MPO (medical-professional office), OR (office-residential transition), MUG/MUL (legacy pre-1998 districts), GO (general office), and SP (specific plan). Most cap height at 35 ft and set non-residential lots at 20,000 sq ft; residential components typically need 3,000 sq ft of site area per unit. Each district's §07.0x use list (or the approved plan, for SP) controls.
