Can I use industrial zoning for warehousing?
Warehousing fits Gallatin's industrial districts: IR (restrictive) and IG (general) both allow manufacturing/storage classes with 50 percent maximum lot coverage and 80 ft height limits. All operations must be inside completely enclosed buildings; exterior storage is allowed only beside/behind the building, screened up to 15 ft (§09.02.050, §09.03.050). Watch the residential-boundary setbacks (75 ft in IR, 100 ft in IG) and Article 13 performance standards.
