How much parking is required?

Gallatin sets both minimums and maximums in Table 11-01 (§11.03): single-family homes need 2 spaces per dwelling (max 4), duplexes 2 (max 3), townhouses 1.5 (max 2), and commercial uses are computed on gross floor area by use type. Fractions of 0.5 or more round up. Mixed-use developments can adjust under §11.05, and design/loading standards in §11.09–§11.10 apply. The table was last amended November 2021.
