Off-street parking follows Table 11-01, which sets minimum and maximum counts by use (§11.03): single-family 2–4 spaces per dwelling, duplex/two-family 2–3, townhouse 1.5–2, with commercial and industrial rates based on gross floor area. Fractions of 0.5 or more round up (§11.03.010). Mixed-use adjustments (§11.05), handicapped parking (§11.07), design standards (§11.09), and loading (§11.10) also apply. Table 11-01 was last amended 11/2/2021 (O2109-59).
