    Suburban Ranch is a semi-rural residential district on 30,000 square foot minimum lots, the smallest of the three suburban districts.

    Single Family Residential (R-1)

    R-1 Single Family Residential is the township's standard detached-home district, 14,000 square foot minimum lots. Undesignated areas on the zoning map default to R-1.

    Single Family Residential (R-2)

    R-2 Single Family Residential allows detached homes on 10,800 square foot lots where public sewers are available.
