SF — Suburban Farms

A lot in Suburban Farms needs at least 2.5 acres (108,900 square feet) of gross area and 165 feet of width (Section 5.04). A new house needs at least 1,200 square feet of floor area (Section 5.04).

Lots of record platted before the ordinance may be built on regardless of size if all other requirements are met, and two adjoining undersized lots under the same ownership are treated as one lot (Section 27.03.A).

SE — Suburban Estates

A lot in Suburban Estates needs at least 1.5 acres (65,340 square feet) of gross area and 165 feet of width (Section 5.04). A new house needs at least 1,200 square feet of floor area (Section 5.04). Pre-existing platted lots of record may be built on regardless of size if all other requirements are met (Section 27.03.A).

SR — Suburban Ranch

A lot in Suburban Ranch needs at least 30,000 square feet of gross area and 120 feet of width (Section 5.04). Pre-existing platted lots of record may be built on regardless of size if all other requirements are met (Section 27.03.A).

R-1 — Single Family Residential (R-1)

A lot in R-1 needs at least 14,000 square feet with 100 feet of width (Section 6.04). A new house needs at least 1,320 square feet of floor area (Section 6.04).

R-2 — Single Family Residential (R-2)

RM-1 — Multiple Family Residential (RM-1)

A multiple-family development needs a site of at least 5 acres, excluding existing road right-of-way (Section 7.03.B; Section 7.04.A). Density is capped at 6 dwelling units per acre in RM-1 (Section 7.04.C).

Minimum floor area per unit (Section 7.04.D): one bedroom 500 square feet, two bedrooms 700, three bedrooms 900, four bedrooms 1,000, plus 150 square feet for each bedroom beyond four. RM-2 — Multiple Family Residential (RM-2)

Density is capped at 8 dwelling units per acre in RM-2 (Section 7.04.C). MHP — Mobile Home Park

A mobile home park needs at least 15 acres, with at least 5,500 square feet of lot area per mobile home (Article XXVI).

OP — Office & Professional

RB — Restricted Business
