How big does a driveway parking space need to be in Rochester Hills?

Section 138-11.302.K permits residential tandem spaces at least 10 feet wide: paired surface spaces total at least 40 feet; a garage-plus-driveway pair totals at least 50 feet, measured from the house-side edge of the sidewalk (or end of pavement if no sidewalk) to the front interior garage wall. Tandem spaces cannot satisfy multifamily visitor parking. Chapter 3 generally excludes one- and two-family parking; confirm how its tandem-specific provision is applied to the house layout.
