How much parking does an office need in Southfield?
General office parking is 4 spaces per 1,000 square feet of gross floor area. Medical office parking is higher at 5 spaces per 1,000 square feet of gross floor area. If a building has multiple uses, Section 5.29 says the total parking requirement is the sum of the requirements for each use.
