How many parking spaces does a house need in Southfield?
A single-family or two-family dwelling needs 2 off-street parking spaces per dwelling unit. Residential off-street parking must be on the premises and may be a parking strip, driveway, garage, or combination. Parking on landscaped front or side yard areas is separately restricted by the single-family lot-area rules in Section 5.68.
