Does Southfield give credit for bike parking?

Southfield requires at least 4 bicycle parking spaces for each nonresidential and multi-family development. For every bike rack that accommodates 4 bicycles, the City Planner may credit one vehicle parking space, up to 5 percent of total required parking. Bike racks must be close to the entrance, separated from vehicle parking areas, securely anchored, at least 3 feet high, and able to support a locked bicycle upright.
