What zoning districts does Rochester, Michigan use?

Article 5 and the current Municode article list divide Rochester into one-family residential districts R-1 through R-5, RT two-family, RM-1 and RM-2 multiple-family, MHP mobile home park, CBD, P-1 parking, B-1/B-I general business, O-1 and O-2 office, RP research park, I-1 and I-2 industrial, and RV River Valley. Article 19 also contains POS, Parks and Open Space District standards, even though the July 14, 2015 current map legend reviewed here does not show POS as a mapped legend category. The city zoning map should be used to locate a parcel district, and Planning should confirm any POS parcel or proposed 2025 DE, MU, RTECH, LI, or related map label before relying on it.
