Is Rochester the same zoning jurisdiction as Rochester Hills?
No. City of Rochester and Rochester Hills are separate municipalities with different zoning ordinances, maps, contacts, and district labels. Use the City of Rochester ordinance and map for Rochester parcels. Do not use the existing Rochester Hills pack for City of Rochester addresses.
