Treat that as a Planning-confirmation flag, not a complete zoning answer. The official GIS layer contains Zone, Overlay, CON_Z, and Ord_Res fields, and planned or conditional zoning parcels may be governed by an approved plan, ordinance, resolution, or conditions. Confirm the controlling document before relying on generic district rules.
