Industrial and warehouse uses are concentrated in I-1, I-2, and RD. I-1 is for lower-impact light industrial, fabrication, labs, wholesale distribution, warehousing, office, and research uses. I-2 covers broader general industrial activity with more external effects or outdoor activity. RD is oriented to research, development, technology, medical, and office campus uses with some light industrial and ancillary services.
