How many parking spaces does my business need in Novi?

The Section 5.2.12 schedule sets the minimums. Common ratios:

Fractions over one-half round up (Section 5.2.10). Parking must be on site or within 300 feet along a pedestrian route (Section 5.2.3). Two relief valves exist: shared parking reductions where uses peak at different times, supported by a shared parking study (Section 5.2.7), and landbanking of up to 25 percent of required spaces as landscaped reserve where you can show the demand is lower, available only where at least 45 spaces are required (Section 5.2.14).
