AG — Agricultural

Primarily agricultural activities. Single-family detached homes are permitted, with a limit of two residential buildings on parcels of 40 acres or less (Sec. 2-12(d)). Livestock structures for new development must be at least 150 feet from neighboring residences and similar uses (Sec. 2-12(d)(2)). The full use table is in Sec. 2-25.

SF-R — Single-Family - Rural

Single-family detached homes are permitted. Garage conversions may not create a separate dwelling unit, add utility meters, or add an exterior entry door (Sec. 2-13(d)). The full use table is in Sec. 2-25.

SF-1 — Single-Family - Large Lot

SF-2 — Single-Family - Standard Lot

SF-3 — Single-Family - Mixed Lot

MH — Manufactured Housing

TF — Two-Family

TH — Townhouse

Townhouses are permitted on single lots (fee simple) or common lots (Sec. 2-25 use table). The full use table is in Sec. 2-25.

SR — Senior

MF-1 — Multifamily - Low Density

MF-2 — Multifamily - Medium Density

MF-3 — Multifamily - Urban

MF-3 develops only through a planned unit development. Uses permitted in the MF-3 district are found in each PUD (Sec. 2-24(b)). Citywide MF-3 requirements include structured parking attached to the residential building and balconies on at least 25 percent of units (Sec. 2-24(d)).

C-1 — General Commercial
