Maximum fence heights (Sec. 8-35): 3 feet for a non-view fence and 6 feet for a view fence in a residential front street yard, the same limits in all street yards for nonresidential uses, 8 feet in all other yards for non-industrial uses, and 10 feet for light industrial and industrial uses. Fences must keep a finished face toward the street and stay clear of sight visibility triangles.
