Accessory uses must be subordinate to a principal use on the same lot and in the same district (Sec. 2-93(a)). Accessory buildings are prohibited in the front street yard, and in residential districts they are generally limited to 15 feet in height with a 5 foot minimum setback in most single-family districts (Sec. 2-26 chart and notes). Confirm the current zoning map, any overlay district, PUD or development agreement conditions, and the cited section text before acting.
