O/I — Office/Institutional District

Sec. 53-693.2 permits professional and medical offices, banks, hospitals-adjacent uses such as clinics and laboratories, schools and colleges, places of worship, cultural facilities, funeral homes, nursing homes, day care, recreation centers, golf courses, cemeteries, libraries, museums, police and fire stations, and government offices. Sec. 53-693.3 prohibits listed uses including check cashing, pawnshops, contractor offices, moving and storage, taxi dispatch, and vehicles over 10,000 pounds GVWR. Accessory restaurants, cafeterias, and ground floor retail up to 15 percent of building area are allowed in support of a primary use (Sec. 53-693.4). PUD — Planned Unit Development District
