How long do I have to appeal a zoning decision in Birmingham?
The ordinance does not say, so ask the city. Birmingham's zoning ordinance states no filing deadline for appeals to the Board of Zoning Appeals, and no window for taking a BZA decision further. - Appeals from Design Review Board decisions also go to the BZA (§ 7.31)
