What does R-1 zoning allow in Southfield?

R-1 is part of Southfield's single family residence districts. By right, the district allows one-family dwellings, farms and conforming farm buildings, customary accessory buildings and uses, one private garage for each residential lot, and state-licensed family child care homes.
