What can I build on this property?
Confirm the zoning district first: use the city's interactive zoning map (bu6262.zoninghub.com) or the address lookup backed by the city zoning GIS layer, then read that district's column in the Use Chart (UDC Sec. 2.06.05). A P entry is permitted by right, P-# adds the numbered conditions in Sec. 2.06.06, S or S-# requires a Specific Use Permit under Sec. 2.10.09, and a blank cell means the use is prohibited. Dimensional limits come from Sec. 2.07.01 for residential districts and Sec. 2.07.02 for nonresidential districts, and the F districts build under the Form Based Code in Subsection 2.08. Check for O-R, O-G, or O-H overlay status, which can change use permissions, and for PD zoning, which follows its own ordinance. Buda applies zoning only inside city limits; ETJ parcels have no municipal zoning. Confirm findings with Development Services at 512-312-5745 before purchase, design, or permitting decisions.
