What setbacks apply to this property?

Setbacks come from the Table of Intensity and Dimensional Standards in Sec. 5.1, split into residential districts (Sec. 5.1.1), business districts (Sec. 5.1.2), industrial districts (Sec. 5.1.3), planned development/Conditional Zoning districts (Sec. 5.1.4, where standards are set case-by-case in the rezoning conditions per Sec. 2.3.4), other development districts (Sec. 5.1.5), and the Small Town Character Overlay District (Sec. 5.1.6). Values differ by use as well as by district: for example a single-family home in LD needs a 25 foot front setback (subject to a pre-April-2008 grandfather note) and 8 foot minimum side setback, while the same use in MD needs a 6 foot minimum side setback but larger multi-family and congregate-living setbacks are measured around the perimeter of the entire project rather than lot by lot. Downtown parcels inside the Small Town Character Overlay follow a separate table.
