RR — Rural Residential District

Single family: front 40 feet, side 15 feet, rear 25 feet, corner side 15 feet. Farm residence: front 40 feet, side 15 feet, rear 25 feet, no separate corner side value listed in this chart. Government services: front 20 feet, side 15 feet, rear 25 feet, corner side 15 feet. Congregate living facility: 65 feet on all four sides, measured for the perimeter of the entire project only.

LD — Low Density Residential District

Single family: front 25 feet* (see the * note on pre-April 1, 2008 submittals), side 8 feet minimum / 20 feet total, rear 25 feet, corner side 18 feet**. Church or place of worship: front 50 feet, side 50 feet, rear 50 feet, corner side 25 feet.

MD — Medium Density Residential District

Nursing or convalescent facility: 30-40 feet (perimeter of entire project only, Sec. 5.2.2.F). Church or place of worship: 40 feet on all sides. Government services: front 20, side 15, rear 25, corner side 15.

B1 — Neighborhood Business District

Office, business or professional and medical/dental office or clinic: front 20 feet, side 20 feet, rear 20 feet, corner side 20 feet. Government services: front 20, side 15, rear 25, corner side 15. All other uses: front 25, side 15, rear 20, corner side 15.

B2 — Downtown Business District
