How are parking minimums calculated in Franklin?
Parking is calculated by use under Section 10.2.3. Mixed-use projects add the requirements for each use unless an approved alternative parking plan applies. For a variable or unlisted use, the City may set the minimum from a comparable use or approve an alternate standard based on a parking study.
