Parking minimums are set by use in Section 10.2.3. Mixed uses add the requirements for each use unless an alternative parking plan is approved under Section 10.4. Section 10.2.1 lets the City set a minimum for uncovered or variable uses based on comparable uses or an approved parking study.
Chapter 10 also controls parking structures, arrangement of parking and loading areas, stall dimensions, materials, residential parking pads and driveways, bicycle parking, and transit infrastructure.
