Single-unit dwellings must provide at least 2 covered parking spaces per unit, with at least one enclosed as a garage (MCC 18.105.030). Multiple-unit projects need 1 covered space per unit, and office uses need 1 covered space per office or suite. Every use besides single-unit dwellings must provide at least 4 on-site spaces total.
