How much parking is required in Buckeye?

Parking is set by use under Table 5.6-1, Off-Street Parking Schedule A (Sec. 5.6.3.A). Most household living uses not separately listed need 2 spaces per dwelling unit. Bungalow communities scale by unit size, from 1 space per studio up to 2 spaces per two-bedroom-or-larger unit, plus 1 guest space for every 5 units. Nonresidential uses carry their own ratios by use category in the same schedule. A lot with more than one activity generally needs the sum of each activity's requirement unless the City approves an alternative. ADUs do not require any additional parking spaces (Sec. 3.3.4.A.7). Confirm the exact ratio for your specific use with Planning and Zoning at 623-349-6200. This pack covers incorporated Buckeye only.
