Off-street parking is set by use under Table 5.6-1, Off-Street Parking Schedule A. Most household living uses (not otherwise listed) require 2 spaces per dwelling unit. Bungalow communities scale from 1 space per studio up to 2 spaces per two-bedroom-or-larger unit, plus 1 guest space per 5 units. Nonresidential ratios vary by use category. When a lot has more than one activity, the total requirement is the sum of the requirements for each activity unless otherwise approved (Sec. 5.6.3.A). ADUs do not require additional parking (Sec. 3.3.4.A.7).
