How many parking spaces does my project need?
Parking requirements vary by district. Single-family and duplex districts require 2 enclosed spaces per unit behind the front building line (for example SF1, Sec. 3.04). MF1 and MF2 require 1.5 to 3 spaces per unit depending on bedroom count (Sec. 3.08, Sec. 3.09). Most nonresidential districts, including GR, read "as established by Section 4.03" (Sec. 3.16). The Central Area (CA) district is exempt from off-street parking requirements (Sec. 3.17). Confirm your district and use against Sec. 5.02 and the district table.
