Minimum lot areas in Wylie's residential districts, read directly from the Article 3 figures: AG/30 is 2 acres, SF-ED is 1 acre (43,560 sq ft), SF-20/26 is 20,000 sq ft, SF-10/24 is 10,000 sq ft, TH is 3,500 sq ft for exterior lots and 3,000 sq ft for interior lots, MF is 43,560 sq ft, and MH is 7,200 sq ft per lot on a subdivision of at least 2 acres. Each district also has minimum lot width and depth requirements in the same figure. Confirm the district and the cited figure before relying on a number.
