What are the fence rules for a corner lot in Novi?

A corner lot has two street sides, and both are treated as fronts for setback purposes: the exterior side yard abutting a street carries the same setback as a front yard (Section 3.6.2.C). Since a residential fence may not extend toward the front of the lot past the minimum front setback line (Section 5.11.1.A.ii), plan on keeping a tall fence behind both street-side setback lines.

At the corner itself, the clear view zone rules: within the triangle formed by measuring 25 feet along each street right-of-way line from their intersection, no fence, wall, plant material, or other obstruction may rise above 2 feet from the established street grade (Section 5.9). Driveways get a 10 foot clear view zone of their own (Section 5.9).

Within those limits, the standard 6 foot residential height cap applies (Section 5.11.1.A.i). If your lot exceeds 2 acres or has 200 feet or more of frontage within a recorded plat, the front-placement restriction is relaxed (Section 5.11.1.B), but the corner clearance triangle still applies.
