Do I need special approval for my use?
Check how the use table marks your use in your district. P/S means the use is allowed but must meet supplementary standards in Sec. 2-91 or specific use standards in Sec. 2-94. SE means you need a special exception from the zoning board of adjustment under Sec. 10-53. A use marked with a dash is prohibited without a rezoning. Site plan review under Ch. 10, Art. VI can also apply to development. Start by confirming the zoning district on the city's interactive map (maps.roundrocktexas.gov/cityview) or with Planning and Development Services at 512-218-5428. This pack covers incorporated Round Rock only; ETJ and unincorporated county land have no municipal zoning.
