Can I use this property for retail?

Retail sales and personal service uses conducted wholly within an enclosed building are permitted by right in the CN (Neighborhood Convenience Commercial, capped at 5,000 sq. ft. per use and 4 acres per lot, no outdoor sales), CG (General Commercial), and CS (Service Commercial, which includes every CG permitted use) districts. The Professional (P) district allows only incidental sales tied to professional services. The LMD (Limited Mixed Use) district allows retail capped at 50 percent of a building's floor area and 5,000 square feet per use. Retail is not a listed use in the residential, open space, institutional, industrial (WI, IN), or utility (U) districts. PUD and MPUD retail depends entirely on the project's approved conceptual plan. Confirm your zoning district and use classification with the Planning and Zoning Department at 772-871-5212.
