Can I use industrial property for warehousing?

Yes. Table 5 (Commercial Districts: Permitted and Conditional Uses, fetched directly this session) lists Warehouse / Distribution as permitted by right in I, capped at 35,000 square feet of gross building area per footnote 9, and subject to footnote 12: storage or warehousing of chemicals, petroleum products, explosives, or other hazardous materials in quantities the building code classifies as hazardous needs a Conditional Use Permit regardless of district. The same use is also permitted by right in HC (same footnotes 9 and 12) and is a conditional use in GC, capped at 10,000 square feet unless the Board of Zoning Appeals grants a conditional use permit for up to 25,000 square feet (footnote 8). It is not listed (not allowed) in MXR, NC, O, MXC, or DN. "P" means permitted by right and "C" means a conditional use requiring Conditional Use Permit approval under Chapter 4.5. Trucking Company / Terminal and Outdoor Storage are separate rows in Table 5 with their own district allowances; confirm the exact activity and district before acting.
