Yes, within the home occupation limits of UDC Sec. 205G (Accessory Uses, Buildings, and Structures), item h, Home Occupation. The business must run entirely inside the home or an enclosed accessory structure, cannot use an accessory dwelling unit, and the operator must live in the dwelling. No separate entrance or exterior sign of commercial use is allowed, and off-street parking for employees and patrons cannot displace required residential parking. At most one commercial vehicle may be kept on site, retail sale of goods is prohibited except items made on site or pre-ordered, and hours for clients run 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (day cares 6:00 a.m. to midnight, six children maximum).
