The operator must reside in the dwelling; more than one home occupation may run from a unit if each operator lives there. At most one commercial vehicle may be kept on site, with no idling, loading, or unloading in the street. Retail sale of goods is prohibited except items produced on site, service-incidental sales, or pre-orders. Hours for clients are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (day cares 6:00 a.m. to midnight). Listed allowed uses include home offices for licensed professionals, tutoring and music/dance instruction (three pupils maximum), swimming instruction (six pupils maximum), small appliance repair, cake decorating and catering (no on-site consumption), registered family day care (six children maximum), and single-chair barber/salon/manicure service.
