The business must operate entirely and unobtrusively inside the principal residence or attached garage, generate no more traffic than is typical for the district, and avoid offensive noise, vibration, smoke, dust, odor, heat, or glare. Business parking is limited to the driveway or garage, activity is restricted to 7:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m., the space used cannot exceed 25 percent of the living area, and the business needs an annual City business registration permit.
