Can I run a home business here?

Yes, within the home occupation limits of Sec. 3-2-4-A. The business must operate entirely and unobtrusively inside the principal residence or attached garage, generate no more traffic than is typical for the district, and avoid offensive noise, vibration, smoke, dust, odor, heat, or glare. Business parking is limited to the driveway or garage, activity is restricted to 7:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m., the space used cannot exceed 25 percent of the living area, and the business needs an annual City business registration permit. Home business appears as an Accessory Use (AC) across the residential use table (Table 3-2-2). Confirm the zoning district on the city's zoning map or by calling Development Services at 623-932-3004.
