A home-based business must be conducted entirely and unobtrusively within the principal residence or attached garage, generate no more traffic than typical for the district, produce no offensive noise, vibration, smoke, dust, odor, heat, or glare, and park only in the driveway or garage (Sec. 3-2-4-A). Activity is limited to 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., the business may not occupy more than 25 percent of the living area, and it must carry an annual business registration permit under City Code. Home business is listed as an Accessory Use (AC) in the residential use table (Table 3-2-2).
