The business must be run by the resident owner or tenant, cause no visible change to the home's residential appearance, and stay within these caps: no more than 2 non-resident employees on site at a time, no more than 4 patrons and 2 patron/business vehicles at once, operating hours 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. outdoors and 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. indoors, no outside storage or display, no advertising signage calling attention to the business, and no ready inventory for sale unless it is made or assembled on site.
