Can I build a fence?

Generally yes, subject to Section 4.3.6: no encroachment into rights-of-way or easements that need access, no blocking sight triangles at intersections and driveways (nothing over 3 feet in the driveway sight triangle), and the finished side must face off site. Height and material limits come from the fence rows of the district's Table 4.3.1, measured from the lowest adjacent grade; berms cannot be used to add height. Chain link, where permitted, must be coated dark green or black without slats. Historic and other overlays can add review requirements, so check the parcel's overlays first.
