What does the FP floodplain district mean in Aubrey?

FP is a floodplain overlay prefix. Sec. 21 limits FP land to listed flood-compatible uses such as agriculture, utilities, parks and playgrounds, certain approved private open-area amusements, and associated parking. Buildings and structures are not allowed in the FP portion except those listed in Sec. 21, and adding or removing the FP prefix is a zoning action requiring the ordinance process.
