Does ZoningVerdict cover Aubrey ETJ or Aubrey-area postal addresses?
No. This pack covers incorporated City of Aubrey zoning only. The city boundary and ETJ are separate map concepts, and Texas cities may not zone ETJ land. A live negative point query in an Aubrey-area neighbor/postal area returned no Aubrey zoning feature, so Aubrey-area addresses outside incorporated city limits should be treated as not covered unless the city zoning layer returns a city zoning polygon.
