GB — General Business

IB — Integrated Industrial and Business

Permitted by right: manufacturing, laboratories, warehousing, research and development, truck terminals, self-storage, and multiple-family dwellings, both 2 to 8 stories and 9 or more stories per Section 6.32 (Section 4.21).
